At Temps on Time, we conduct a comprehensive selection process to identify associates with skills that surpass expectations in order to provide you with the ideal candidate. All of our applicants are required to have at least six months of related work experience and two references from previous employees, and must undergo an in-depth evaluation that includes:
• Thorough skills testing
• Software skills assessment
• Comprehensive, one-on-one personal interview
• Reference checks
• Drug testing
• Fingerprinting
• Criminal background check (upon client request)
• Confidentiality agreement
