All of our applicants are required to have at least six months of related work experience and two references from previous employees, and must undergo an in-depth evaluation that includes:

• Software skills assessment
• Comprehensive, one-on-one personal interview
• Reference checks
• Drug testing
• Fingerprinting
• Criminal background check (upon client request)
• Confidentiality agreement
